* Assigned head of Garena Philippines online staff by June 2008.
* Assigned head of Garena Global Staff by January 2009.
* Left global staff to concentrate on PH by June 2009
* Officially employed by Garena by May 2010 as Community Manager
* Reassigned as Head of Global Staff by July 2010 after dpm resigned
